Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please let us know your order number from the confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems.
Note that refunds can take up to 2-3 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations. You can always contact us for any refund question at our website.
General Return Process
- Navigate to a previous order or log in to your account, then choose the items you want to exchange or return.
- Returns for merchandise should be made using the accompanying return label and the original packing.
- When your returned goods arrive, we'll keep track of them and notify you.
- As soon as your returned goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined, handled, and promptly repaid!
Refunds
We will notify you via email that your return has been received and will be examined, as soon as possible. To approve or reject your return, we will also send you a notification.
In the event that you are accepted, your refund will be handled and, within two to three business days, a credit will be automatically credited to your Paypal payment method.
Order Cancellations
- We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
Policies
- To guarantee that your delivery is safely returned to us, it is advised that you utilize a traceable delivery method for all returns. Packages that are returned to us may be lost or damaged, but we are not liable for it.
- All purchases may be returned within 30 days of the last box of your order being delivered, with the exception of final sale/clearance item(s), free gifts, swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories. Note: After making the return request online, you must email us a picture demonstrating the issue or defect.
- Package returns must be approved. Any return request that is not approved by customer support will not be fulfilled. Note: The address on the package you received is NOT where the item(s) must be returned. That will have an impact on how your return is processed because it is not our return address.
Non-returnable items:
We regretfully cannot accept returns for items that are on sale or for customer-inflicted damage to the product.
Exchanges
Making a separate purchase for the new item after your existing item is accepted for return is the quickest approach to be sure you receive what you want.
Costs
- For International returns, your return charge will be deducted from your refund. Using your own method of return, refunds will only be processed once the items have arrived to our warehouse and If your items don't make it back to us, you'll need to open a dispute with the carrier. You may be liable for import and pay a custom duty charge for orders over the customs threshold.
